Chest and abdomen can be treated together in one 30-minute session, or separately if you only want one. You can also ask for a reduction rather than removal — we lower the energy and use fewer passes so the area thins out rather than clearing completely.
Like the back, this is androgen-driven hair, so courses run 8 to 10 sessions and periodic maintenance is normal. Nipple areolas are not treated for safety reasons; we work around them.
If you are also treating your back, book both in the same visit. It is faster and cheaper than two separate appointments.
Before your session
Shave 12–24 hours before. No waxing or epilating for four weeks. No sunbeds or self-tan during the course.
After your session
Redness and small bumps for a few hours to a day. No gym, sauna, steam, hot tub, or swimming for 48 hours. Unscented moisturiser only. SPF 50 if the area will see sun.
Questions about chest & abdomen laser hair removal
Can I just thin the hair rather than remove it all?
Yes. We use lower energy and fewer passes to reduce density while leaving the area looking natural. Tell your technician what you want at the patch test and we will plan the settings around it.
Can chest and back be done in the same appointment?
Yes, and it is cheaper than booking them separately. Allow about an hour for both.
