Booking

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by email. Online booking shows live availability, including free patch tests.

A patch test is required before your first treatment. We book the first full session at least 24 to 48 hours after the patch test so we can read your skin's response.

Cancellations and changes

We ask for 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the session price, or deduct one session from a package.
• Missed appointments with no notice are charged in full, or deduct one session from a package.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean we cannot complete the treatment safely in the remaining time. We will treat what we can, or rebook.

Treatment rooms are booked one client at a time, and a same-day cancellation is a slot nobody else can take. Genuine emergencies and illness are handled case by case — tell us and we will be reasonable.

Packages and courses

• Courses are valid for 18 months from purchase.
• Courses are transferable to another person, or to a different treatment area of equal value.
• If you stop partway through, unused sessions are refunded at the difference between the package rate and the single-session rate for the sessions already taken. In plain terms: you pay the normal price for what you used, and get the rest back.
• Payment plans are available on courses over $500. In-house instalments carry no interest.

When we will not treat

For your safety, we will postpone or decline treatment if:

• The area has not been shaved, or has been waxed, plucked or epilated within four weeks
• You have a fresh tan, sunburn, or have used self-tanner in the last two weeks
• You are pregnant
• You have taken isotretinoin (Accutane) within the last six months
• You are taking photosensitising medication we have not been told about
• There is an active infection, open wound, or cold sore in the treatment area
• Your skin has changed since your last session in a way that makes your recorded settings unsafe

If we postpone on safety grounds, there is no charge and we rebook you at the next suitable slot.

Results

Laser hair removal produces permanent hair reduction, not permanent removal. We give you a realistic session count in writing at your patch test. We do not guarantee a specific result, because no honest clinic can — but if your course is not tracking against the plan we set, tell us and we will reassess it with you.
