Full body covers full legs, full arms, underarms, bikini line or Brazilian, and one facial area. Men's full body substitutes back, shoulders, chest, and abdomen. It takes about 90 minutes per session.
The practical advantage is not just the price. Different areas of the body cycle at different rates, so booking them separately means four or five appointments spread across a month, every month. One combined appointment every six weeks is far easier to actually keep up with, and completed courses are what produce results.
Areas are swappable. If you would rather trade the facial area for hands and feet, or the bikini for lower back, that is fine as long as the values are comparable.
Before your session
Shave everything 12–24 hours before — this takes longer than you think, so plan for it. No waxing or epilating for four weeks.
No self-tan for two weeks and no sunbeds during the course. Wear loose two-piece clothing and allow an hour and a half.
After your session
The same aftercare applies across every area: no heat, no swimming, no intense exercise for 48 hours, unscented products only, and SPF 50 on anything that will see sun for two weeks.
Because we have treated a large surface area, mild fatigue or a warm flushed feeling for a few hours afterwards is not unusual. Drink water and keep cool.
